Located in the Centre-Val de Loire region, near the city of Tours (2 hours by train from Paris), the 21èmeVague studio welcomes you in a warm and professional atmosphere, for successful recording sessions!
Good sound recording is the basis of a quality track.
Equipped with top-of-the-range gear, including industry-standard Neumann microphones (U87, KM184) and renowned preamps (NEVE, SSL, AUDIENT…), we’re ready to assist you for your vocals and instrument recordings.
How does a session run?
Contact-us
Let's discuss your project and establish your requirements. Send us your files (demo & instrumental) in mp3/wav format before the session so that everything is ready for your arrival.
Come prepared
Prepare your text if necessary. Relax, no stress! We provide everything you need during the session (water, tea, coffee...) to make sure you're on top form.
During the session
We work together to make the most of your session : interpretation, articulation, arrangement, artistic and technical choices.
The result
At the end of the session, you leave with a pre-mix so you can listen the song you worked on. A dry (without effects) multitrack export of the track can be sent to you if requested.

We offer recording sessions on our 1973 K.Kawai KG-5 grand piano.

This is the optimum time to make progress on your piece, including set-up time, without the time pressure that could lead to poor production choices.
No, you can spread this pack over several days. This option gives you a discount compared to a single 2-hour session.
Yes, it is compulsory to reserve (by call, SMS, Whatsapp or by e-mail/form…) so that we can organize the session in advance and ensure that you are in the best possible condition.
The recording session is dedicated to recording vocals and instruments, as well as artistic direction and live arrangement.
Mixing/mastering is the next stage of your track, with its own dedicated service.
However, a premix is delivered to you at the end of the recording session, with processing (autotune, simple reverb/delay effects) to enable you to listen comfortably to your recording.
In addition to the artists, we limit the number of accompanying persons to 2.
Please inform us of the number of people before the session.
If you would like to book night sessions (after 8pm), please contact us to make your request.
These times will be increased by 20%.
Payment is made at the end of the session (by credit card, cash or bank transfer).
After payment, we send you the files of your session.
